10th December 2011 at CIHSR

A momentous day in the history of the CIHSR, the Foundation Stone for the College of Nursing was unveiled by His Excellency Shri Nikhil Kumar, the Governor of Nagaland in the presence of the Honorable Chief Minister of Nagaland, Shri Neiphiu Rio, the Honorable Minister of Health, Shri Kuzholuzo Nienu and the Honorable Minister of PHED, Dr. Nangshi Ao. The function was well attended by other distinguished guests from the Government of Nagaland, well wishers and staff of CIHSR.

The Thanksgiving Service cum Foundation Day of the CIHSR was held on the 24th November, 2011 at the new OPD reception area. It was well attended by well wishers from outside, the CIHSR local support group members, the Diphupar youth and also the CIHSR staff.

Under the public private partnership venture under NRHM, an the Adolescent Health Clinic on 17th November 2011.Dr Leishiwon during the inaugural stated that the clinic aims to address the issues related to adolescents by providing youth friendly environment & staff.

The CIHSR Local Support Committee met on the 4th of August, 2011 at 0200pm.

The meeting begun with an opening prayer by Ms. Narola from NBCC. The Director-CIHSR, Dr Abraham Joseph gave a presentation of the past, present and future plans of CIHSR. Two new members were nominated and the Committee decided to meet once every year.Rev. L.Bizo said the closing prayer.
