CIHSR organized a two day workshop with CMAI on the 12th & 13th of February, on "Mainstreaming of HIV & AIDS in Mission Hospitals". The workshop was aimed at doctors, nurses, counselors, administrators, pharmacists & Lab technicians.Over 25 staffs attended the workshop at the Life Spring Corner, Dimapur.The main facilitators were Dr Ronald, Dr Sanga & Mr Michael & the local facilitators were Dr Clement & Ms Rokotsino.

The main objectives of the workshop was:

• To understand the concept of Appreciative Inquiry in the area of care & support of PLHIVs within a hospital.
• To understand the concept of 12 boxes framework in an Appreciative Inquiry manner for care & support of PLHIVs
• To facilitate hospitals in finding directions to enhance their involvement in care & support of PLHIVs based on their strength & assets identified through Appreciative Inquiry.
